Overview
Erin is an associate in Tonkon Torp’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. She joined the firm from the Oregon Court of Appeals, where she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Scott Shorr. During her two-year clerkship, Erin worked on a number of criminal, civil, and administrative appeals involving a variety of issues, such as contracts, insurance, and property disputes.
While a law student, Erin served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael Simon in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and for the Honorable Darleen Ortega of the Oregon Court of Appeals. In addition, during law school Erin worked as a summer associate for Haglund Kelley LLP, and she completed a public interest fellowship at Metropolitan Public Defender.
Erin graduated summa cum laude from Willamette University College of Law in 2018, where she was a Presidential Scholar, the Articles Editor for Willamette Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, the director of the American Constitution Society, and the treasurer of the Willamette University Public Interest Law Project. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her B.A. in English.
In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading poetry, knitting, cooking, and working in her garden.

Erin Roycroft Joins Tonkon Torp from Oregon Court of Appeals
Tonkon Torp LLP welcomes Erin Roycroft to the firm as an associate in its Labor & Employment Practice Group. Roycroft joins the firm from the Oregon Court of Appeals, where she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Scott Shorr for two years.
