A founding partner of Tonkon Torp, Morris is now retired. His legal practice focused on counseling closely held businesses in their wide ranging legal and financial problems. Morris provided strategic insight about the economic and tax complexities of business and real property transactions. He has counseled clients in such industries as food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution, timber, transportation, professional services, and retail.
Morris was a legal adviser to closely held businesses and other clients for more than six decades. He attributes his enjoyment of his work to his long-term relationships with clients.
