Hadlock, former Chief Judge at the Oregon Court of Appeals. During his two-year clerkship, Tim worked on a number of civil, administrative, and criminal appeals, dealing with issues as varied as free speech, home rule, and discrimination.

Tim graduated from University of Oregon School of Law in 2017, where he was Editor in Chief of the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation, a Wayne Morse Law Fellow, and Secretary of the American Constitutional Society. Tim also worked as a law clerk for both Gleaves Swearingen, LLP and the Oregon Department of Justice. In the Civil Litigation Section of ODOJ’s Trial Division, he authored memorandums and motions on cases dealing with constitutional law, employment discrimination, and multi-party state contracts.

Prior to starting law school, Tim served in the U.S. Army as a Tactical Unmanned Air Systems Repairer. He is a graduate of the University of West Georgia Honors College, where he earned his B.A. in philosophy. In his free time, Tim enjoys getting outdoors to run or hike, reading, and listening to music.
