Sarah Einowski Joins Oregon ACLU Lawyers' Committee

Tonkon Torp litigator Sarah Einowski has joined the Lawyers' Committee of the Oregon ACLU. The committee selects the cases the organization will pursue in Oregon through client representation or by filing briefs as a friend of the court. Tonkon Torp enjoys a long legacy of active attorney service on the Lawyers’ Committee. Business attorney Owen Blank has served for four decades, and litigator Steve Wilker has been on the committee since 2006. He served as committee chair from 2010 to 2015 and is currently its vice chair.
Sarah is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She represents business clients in complex disputes in state and federal court. Sarah also has extensive experience before state and federal appellate courts. She has briefed more than 40 appeals to the Ninth Circuit and the Oregon Court of Appeals and has argued in front of that court numerous times.
