Nicolle is a paralegal in the firm's Business department. She assists in all areas of corporate and entrepreneurial services practices, including the following:
  • Formation and capitalization of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.
  • Corporate governance, compliance, and minute book maintenance.
  • Entity ownership records and employee benefit plan administration.
  • Conversions and mergers.
  • Financings, convertible securities, sales, and acquisitions involving both equity and debt securities.
  • Public and private offerings.
  • Blue Sky research and analysis.
  • Preparing and filing compliance reports and applications with state and federal regulatory agencies, including the Securities & Exchange Commission and State Securities Commissioners.
Nicolle has over 20 years of paralegal experience. She began her career at Tonkon Torp in 1998 after previously working for an in-house legal department of a large multi-entity mortgage company in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2006, Nicolle left Tonkon Torp to explore her entrepreneurial side by owning and operating a scuba store in Monterey, California, and returned in 2017. She is an accomplished professional level scuba instructor trainer (holding an elite PADI Course Director rating) and enjoys world-travel.
